"Club Noir" is a sophisticated ensemble of looks that combines voluminous shapes and soft textures inspired by quintessential elegance and glossy glamour. The hair is styled using a wide variety of techniques to achieve different shapes and texture effects, from traditional backcombing and smoothing to dry finger-waving, from twisting and knotting to delicate placement. There is a clever element of construction in each style. The creation of each base is the result of Patrick’s ingenious approach to dressing long hair and his belief that every technique should be easy if approached rationally and step-by-step.
The volumes are created with the help of Patrick Cameron’s new "hair pads". The "Halo" a circular hair pad that allows the hair to be shaped in to exquisite up-dos that can be polished and elegant or sexy and dishevelled. The "Crown Lift" a smaller pad that gives the hair a fashionable bouffant to give any hairstyle, up or down, a dynamic and trendy volume.
